1. General

Every dispute or complication around the use of BetMac, our services or our software is settled by this page. All games on the site run under the rules written here, so read them properly and make sure they make sense to you. If you disagree with any part, the right move is to stop using the website.

• The site is operated by Sefiarray B.V., a company registered in Curacao under number 155219, with its registered office at Fransche Bloemweg 4, Willemstad, Curacao, holding licence number OGL/2024/842/0350
• Sefiarray B.V. appears in this text as “Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”, and the registered player as “You”, “Yours”, “End user”, “Account holder” or “the Player”
• We hold the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice
• Changes take effect the moment they are published on this page, and they never apply retroactively to bonus promotions
• Checking the Bonus Terms and Conditions before claiming a bonus or placing a bet stays the player’s own responsibility
• If the English version and a translation ever disagree, the English version wins

2. My Account

An account is the entry ticket to real money play, and it has to be built on true information. That means your full legal name, real date of birth, current home address, working email and a personal phone number, kept up to date as things change. Letting that data go stale can count as a serious breach of this agreement.

• Registering or depositing through electronic verification authorises us to receive your details from those third-party systems and open your player account on that basis
• The minimum age for opening an account is 18
• Residents of countries missing from the registration page cannot register or play, and we can bar any jurisdiction from opening accounts
• Making sure that playing here is legal under the laws of your own country is your sole responsibility
• Employees, executives, directors, consultants, agents, affiliated companies, providers or sellers of the Company, and anyone with inside information, cannot play during their term of employment or engagement
• One person means one account: one name, one account, one IP address. Multiple accounts are strictly forbidden and all of them will be closed on discovery.
• Sharing a computer with other players, in a dormitory for example, is a reason to contact support before registering, so extra security checks can be avoided
• An account with no activity for 12 months counts as inactive. We can charge an inactive credit account a management fee of 10 EUR, or the equivalent in the account currency, per month.
• The fee is taken from the active cash balance until the account wakes up or the balance hits zero, and once it reaches zero, no further fees apply
• Funds on an inactive account can be recovered by logging in and requesting a withdrawal, while blocked or excluded accounts need to go through customer support
• An account belongs to the brand it was opened on and does not extend to sister sites or affiliated entities, unless we state otherwise. Closing it affects that brand alone.
• Self-exclusion or Time-out set on one brand does not automatically extend to accounts on other brands or sister sites, and a closure here does not stop a new account elsewhere

3. Account Verification

Every account gets verified sooner or later, for age, fraud prevention, payment processing, promotion restrictions, account closure and similar reasons. The process is routine, not a suspicion aimed at you personally. Here is how it works in practice:

• You may be asked for a copy of an identification document, meaning an ID card, driver’s licence or passport
• You may also be asked for a utility bill for gas, electricity, water or a landline, no older than 3 months, matching the name and address on your account
• We can ask to verify the payment method used, plus additional documents where required
• Documents go through the AI verification tool in the cashier once you are logged in, and the cashier itself will tell you when verification is needed and walk you through it
• Identity checks may be triggered once deposits or accumulated withdrawals reach two thousand euros (€2000), in one transaction or a series within a rolling 180 days, and we can run them at lower amounts or on any withdrawal
• Logging in with Electronic ID instead of site credentials authorises us to collect the necessary identification data through it and create your account on your behalf

4. Deposits

Real money bets need a funded account, which starts with a minimum deposit. Payment providers on the site can change from time to time, and their procedures, charges and conditions differ between them. Deposits are made through the site itself and nowhere else.

• Only your own personal card or payment method can fund the account, and the name on it must match the name registered with us
• Corporate cards and business accounts are prohibited on the site
• Deposited funds appear on the account within a reasonable time after the deposit is confirmed
• For security reasons we can request proof of payments to the account at any time
• We grant no credit for the use of our services, charge no interest on routine withdrawal delays, and carry no responsibility for delays caused by third-party processors such as banks and payment services
• Funds tied to any illegal activity, source or ill-gotten means cannot be used here
• You agree to fully reimburse us for losses from chargebacks, deposit reversals or cancellations started by you or anyone acting for you, and to avoid, as far as the law allows, anything that could trigger a deposit cancellation

5. Withdrawals

A payout from your balance can be requested at any time, once payments are confirmed, deposits verified and the rest of these terms met. Withdrawals go to your bank account or another method listed on the Withdrawal pages, and where possible they travel back the way the deposit came in. The details below decide how fast and how much:

• Withdrawals go only to an account registered to the owner, with the same name and address as our records
• Funds marked as Bonus money cannot be withdrawn, and neither can funds stuck in an aborted game
• The minimum withdrawal is €100, and anything below that is rejected
• At least one successful deposit must exist on the account, and we can reject withdrawal requests from accounts without one
• Deposits made with VISA, Mastercard or ApplePay can only be withdrawn via Bank Transfer
• Bank Transfer withdrawals carry a €100 minimum per request. Lower requests are declined and the funds return to your balance, after which a new request within the limit can be placed.
• Bank Transfer withdrawals are processed in EUR and need an IBAN that accepts EUR. Without one, we may be unable to process the request at all.
• If the IBAN does not take EUR, the receiving bank rejects the money automatically and it returns to your balance, and a fresh request to a new IBAN can take up to 30 days to complete
• We aim to process withdrawals within 1-3 business days after the requested documents are verified, though we cannot be held liable for the total time payments take
• A withdrawal can be declined while verification is incomplete. Verification covers identity, age, location and phone number, may involve an ID copy or utility bill, and at our sole discretion a notarised or equivalently certified ID under the law of your jurisdiction.
• On reasonable suspicion of fraud, of helping someone commit fraud, or of breaching these terms or the law, we can cancel withdrawal requests, void winnings and close the account immediately, and we hold the right not to refund the balance at termination
• Fees for processing withdrawals, where they apply, are clearly shown when you place the request
• Withdrawal limits are €15,000 per month, €6,000 per week and €2,000 per day, with higher levels possible for VIP players if agreed
• To prevent money laundering, every deposit not tied to a bonus must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. Where fraud or laundering is suspected, we can forfeit all funds and close the account without notice.
• A pending withdrawal of €10,000 or more on a Self Excluded or Timed Out account can carry an admin fee of 50% of the total before processing
• Winnings are capped at €50,000 (or currency equivalent) per day, and anything above is adjusted to fit. The cap covers all winnings from bets, wagers, bonuses and promotions within a single calendar day.

6. Restricted Player Groups

Players from the countries below cannot open an account or place real money bets on our casino. The list is fixed by our licence and compliance duties, not by preference. Check it before registering:

7. Anti-Money Laundering and Funding of Terrorism Due Diligence

Anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws apply to us, so due diligence on customers is a legal duty, not a choice. Information gathered for it is handled under our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that we use it for public searches and checks to verify what you have told us.

• While checks are running you may keep using the account, but withdrawals stay off until verification is complete
• If the required information never arrives or identity cannot be verified, all activity stops and the account is blocked or terminated
• In that case deposit funds present at blocking or termination are returned, except where the law obliges us to delay or withhold some or all of them
• We can ask for further information and documents at any point, and no single request should be read as the final one
• If information you gave turns out materially false, or we suspect it is, registration is cancelled, legally required steps follow, and no winnings are paid out

8. Responsible Gaming

Limits can be applied to your account at any time, and once a limit is reached, play and access stop beyond it. Voluntary tools for closing the account or restricting bets exist for anyone who wants their gambling reined in:

10. Complaints

You will be kept informed about the state of your complaint to a reasonable level. 11. SMS and Email

SMS and email messages reach members only, sent automatically by our systems or as part of campaigns. If a message ever contradicts the website, these terms or the rules of the campaign in question, the website and the written rules prevail. We take no responsibility for errors in message content or for messages that never arrive.

Some messages go only to a specific group of members, and in that case the promotion applies to that group alone. Some promotions open only to members who have met the requirements we set for them. Receiving a message is not, by itself, proof of eligibility.

12. Limitation of Liability

13. Breach of Agreement

If you breach these terms, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect it, we can refuse to open, suspend or close your account. We can also withhold winnings and set those funds against any damages you owe. Sefiarray B.V. is the final decision-maker on whether the Company’s rules, policies or terms were violated in a way that leads to suspension or a permanent bar, and we are not liable for breaches caused by circumstances we cannot reasonably control.

14. Bonus Policy

Bonuses come with strings, and this section lists every one of them. Unless a specific promotion says otherwise, the rules below apply to all of them. Read them before claiming, because claiming counts as accepting:

• A promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion on the site
• The wagering requirement for all bonuses is 35 times the deposit and bonus amount. The deposit itself can be withdrawn at any time, but the bonus and bonus wins are then forfeited, in proportion to how much of the balance is bonus money at that moment. With a zero balance topped up purely by bonus money, cancelling the bonus forfeits 100% of it plus any winnings.
• Only Active accounts qualify for promotions and prizes, and a Suspended or Closed account loses its promo entry for the period, whatever the reason
• With an active bonus, bets draw on your cash balance first and your bonus balance after it. Winnings from those bets stay locked until wagering is met, and a cancelled bonus takes the winnings with it.
• The maximum that can be converted from any bonus or bonus winnings is €5000, covering funds generated wholly or partly from a playable bonus balance
• Non-funded accounts can win and withdraw at most €100 from bonuses, free spins or loyalty points. Anything above is nullified, and the withdrawal itself waits for a minimum deposit of €20.
• Reload bonuses cap winnings withdrawals at 10 times the maximum deposit amount, and excess funds are removed once wagering completes
• Shop free spins and no deposit free spins cap winnings withdrawals at €20, with the excess removed after wagering. Converted funds still fall under the €100 cap, deposits before or after do not change it, and the amount is cumulative across free spin campaigns rather than resetting.
• Unused bonuses and free spins expire 7 days after being credited. Requesting a withdrawal forfeits every active bonus, including Bonus Prizes and Prize Wheel spins.
• Bonuses cannot be played on the restricted games listed below in this section
• Bonuses cannot be used on, contribute to, or win any progressive jackpot, and in the unlikely event it happens, all bets and wins are voided
• Wagering contributions: slots, arcade and scratch card games count 100%, so €1 wagered moves the requirement by €1. Table, card and live casino games count 10%, so €1 moves it by €0.10. Sportsbook counts 0%.
• Roulette bets on both Black and Red, or any opposite betting pattern, do not count towards wagering. Slot bets on the Gamble feature do not count either.
• Live Casino Free Bets carry a wagering requirement from 1x to 50x, and the maximum converted to real funds from their winnings is 10 times the Free Bet value
• Free Spins do not contribute to progressive jackpot totals, and progressive jackpots cannot be won with Free Spins, with such wins voided
• Progressive jackpots run across a number of slots, where a share of each wager feeds one jackpot or a group of them. We can add or remove contributing games, and when a game is discontinued the same jackpot stays winnable through the other slots feeding the same pot.
• Free Spins winnings land in your bonus balance with a wagering requirement of 35x, and the maximum withdrawable from their converted wins is €100
• Wagering on restricted games before requirements are met can see the winnings and game play declared null and void
• The maximum total bet with an active bonus is €5 per spin, or €0.5 per bet line on slots
• Bets of 25% or more of your total balance on a single game round are not allowed, and crossing that line can cost the bonus and its winnings
• A withdrawal request before minimum wagering is reached declares the bonus and bonus winnings null and void
• Members with a history of playing only or mainly during promotional hours may be denied bonuses, or have them withheld or retracted even after conversion
• Attempts to manipulate or abuse a promotion lead to immediate exclusion from current and future promotions, and accounts linked to one already claiming a promotion are not eligible, with credited bonuses withdrawn from both

• The site runs a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse and suspicious activity, with the right to block and remove bonuses and associated winnings from accounts involved. Winnings can be forfeited and accounts closed in all these cases.
• A player found breaching bonus terms after an internal investigation can be barred from future promotions, including on-site, targeted and new player deals, and that decision by the team is final, with no correspondence entered into

15. Welcome Bonus

The welcome deal is the one promotion everybody meets first, so its rules deserve their own section. It is built for genuinely new players, once, and nothing about that is negotiable. Here is the full set of conditions:

• Valid for new players only, claimable once per person, household, IP address or phone number unless stated otherwise, and open only to eligible players
• Deposits made via cryptocurrency do not qualify
• The welcome bonus stands only for newly registered players with no deposits yet, is claimed by selecting it in the deposit section with a qualifying deposit, and is credited instantly
• Each deposit bonus has a maximum, and depositing above it does not raise the bonus beyond the cap in that bonus’s terms
• The bonus and its funds can only be used on slots

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of Curacao. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including their breach, termination or invalidity, goes to the exclusive jurisdiction of Curacao. Agreeing to these terms means agreeing to that forum.
