Bonus Terms

Every promotion at BetMac runs on the rules written on this page, unless a specific deal says otherwise in its own terms. Claiming a bonus counts as accepting everything below, so five minutes of reading here saves real disappointment later. Where these rules and a specific promotion disagree, the promotion’s own text wins.

The Basics

• One promotion at a time: deals cannot be combined with any other promotion on the site
• Wagering for all bonuses is 35 times the deposit plus the bonus amount. The deposit itself can leave at any time, but the bonus and its wins are forfeited when it does, based on how much of the balance is bonus money at that moment. Start from zero, get credited bonus money, cancel it, and 100% of the bonus plus winnings goes.
• Promotions and prizes are for Active accounts only. An account Suspended or Closed during the promo period loses its entry, whatever the reason.
• With a bonus active, bets spend your cash balance first and your bonus balance second. Winnings stay locked until wagering is done, and cancelling the bonus early takes the winnings with it.
• Unused bonuses expire 7 days after being credited, and unused Free Spins expire 2 days after being credited
• Requesting a withdrawal forfeits every active bonus, including Bonus Prizes and Prize Wheel spins
• Bonus deals work once per unique user identifier, such as IP address, funding instrument, device or household
• The General Terms and Conditions apply to every campaign and promotion on the site

Caps and Limits

• The most that can be converted from any bonus or bonus winnings is €5000, covering funds generated wholly or partly from a playable bonus balance
• Non-funded accounts can win and withdraw at most €100 from bonuses, free spins or loyalty points. The excess is nullified, and the withdrawal itself waits for a minimum deposit of €20.
• Reload bonuses cap winnings withdrawals at 10 times the maximum deposit amount, with the excess removed once wagering completes
• Shop free spins and no deposit free spins cap winnings at €20, removed above that once wagering is done. Converted funds then sit under the €100 withdrawal cap, deposits before or after change nothing, and the amount is cumulative across freespin campaigns rather than resetting.
• All prizes and rewards carry a maximum withdrawal of 10 times their credited value, so a €50 reward means a €500 ceiling
• The biggest total bet with a bonus active is €5 per spin, or €0.5 per bet line on slots
• Max stakes apply on Sportsbook too while any bonus is active, casino bonuses included, with details in the bonus terms
• Bets of 25% or more of your total balance on one game round are off limits, and crossing that line can cost the bonus and its winnings
• A withdrawal request before minimum wagering is met declares the bonus and its winnings null and void

Wagering Contributions

Not every game moves the wagering counter at the same speed, and some do not move it at all. The percentages below decide how far each euro takes you. They apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Slots, Arcade and Scratch Card games count 100%, so €1 wagered moves the requirement by €1
• Table, Card and Live Casino games count 10%, so €1 wagered moves it by €0.10
• Sportsbook counts 0%, so €1 wagered moves it by exactly nothing
• Roulette bets on both Black and Red, or any opposite betting pattern, do not count towards wagering
• Slot bets on the Gamble feature do not count towards wagering
• Live Casino Free Bets carry a wagering requirement between 1x and 50x, and the most that converts to Real Funds from their winnings is 10 times the Free Bet value

Free Spins and Progressive Jackpots

• Free Spins winnings land in your Bonus Balance with a wagering requirement of 35x
• The most that can be withdrawn from converted Free Spins wins is €100, cumulative across freespin campaigns with no reset
• Free Spins do not feed progressive jackpot totals, and progressive jackpots cannot be won with Free Spins. In the unlikely event it happens, the win is voided.
• Bonuses cannot be used on, contribute to, or win any progressive jackpot, and such bets and wins are voided
• Progressive jackpots run across a number of slots, with a share of each wager feeding a single jackpot or a group of them
• We can add or remove games feeding a specific jackpot pool. A discontinued game leaves the jackpot winnable through the other slots on the same pot, so earlier contributions keep their chance.

Restricted Games

Bonus money stays away from the games below, full stop. Wagering on them before requirements are met can see winnings and gameplay declared null and void. The list applies unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

Fair Play and Bonus Abuse

Promotions exist to add entertainment, and they only work when played fairly and within these terms. Manipulation of our systems, bonus wallet or games leads to removal of funds, exclusion from future promotions, and possibly account closure with blocking from other sites associated with us. Zero tolerance is the policy, and these are the rules behind it:

• Members with a history of playing only or mainly during promotional hours may be refused bonuses, or have them denied, withheld or retracted even after conversion
• Attempts to manipulate or abuse a promotion bring immediate exclusion from current and future promotions
• Accounts linked to an account already claiming a promotion are not eligible, and bonuses credited to both are withdrawn
• We can modify or discontinue a promotion, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice, for reasons outside our control
• We can block and remove bonuses and associated winnings from accounts suspected of abuse, unfair advantage or other suspicious activity
• We can prohibit or exclude specific individuals, groups or regions from promotions and close the account with immediate effect
• We can withhold any bonus payment where a promotion looks abused, its terms unfulfilled, or wagering patterns irregular
• We can withdraw or amend a promotion at any time without prior notice. The team’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• We can exclude a specific payment method from welcome bonuses or promotions at any given time
• A player found breaching bonus terms after an internal investigation can be barred from future promotions, on-site, targeted and new player deals included, and that decision is final

What Counts as Promotional Abuse

Some patterns come up often enough to deserve names, and each one below can end in forfeited winnings and a closed account. The list gives examples rather than a complete catalogue. Anything in the same spirit gets the same treatment:

• Breaching the terms of a promotion, including the general promotional terms and any terms attached to the specific deal
• Series of wagers by a customer or group, such as a strategy run across multiple accounts, producing guaranteed profit regardless of outcome. We hold the right to confiscate or void such winnings.
• Delayed winnings: triggering a bonus or free spin feature with bonus or cash funds, quitting the game mid-feature, and returning to finish it later, after the original bonus money is forfeited, lost, or wagered through and converted to cash
• Pending Outcome Bets: leaving large bets pending on a table, on blackjack for example, and completing them later in changed circumstances to squeeze an advantage from the promotion
• State game abuse: progressing collectible features with bonus or cash funds, say 9 symbols out of 10, then returning for the final stage with cash bets once the bonus funds are forfeited, lost or converted. The games include but are not limited to the restricted list above.
• Bonus Wallet Hierarchy abuse: playing table games with the intention of exploiting the wallet order and promotions in ways they were never meant to work
• Collusion: betting patterns between customers, contrary to fair play, aimed at cheating the system, the promotions or other customers
